Blank Screen When I Select "Quote Policy..."

Solution This is not an uncommon issue.

This could be caused by several things:

1. Your operating system - If you are using Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/2000 it did not come with a Remote Desktop Connection program.

2. Your IT Department/consultant might have the port necessary to access this part of the site.

3. Your Antivirus might be blocking this page.

4. A Popup Blocker might be prohibiting this page to load.

5. Your Internet browser settings might be too high.

Whatever the issue might be, we first suggest you look at the Knowledgebase article concerning the ActiveX. If this does not take care of the issue, we will be happy to try to assist you. Please submit a Help Desk ticket to have someone contact you.
